The medical facility at Maryland originated from IFPF Netherlands, which IFPF Hospital established in 1998 and offers general and specialized medical services to our country. It is a full-functioning hospital with a fully equipped laboratory, HIV screening, ultrasound scans, ECG, gynecological and fertility management, maternity services, radiological investigations, and a facility to handle every field of surgery.

The hospital medical director is Dr. Mrs. M.B. Westerhoff, a renowned reproductive health specialist and diagnostic expert, seconded by a specialist in abdominal/general surgery, gynecological surgery, pediatric surgery, orthopedics, to name a few, and surrounded by a group of anesthetists, senior medical officers, and qualified nurses in midwifery and nursery.

The hospital has its own catering, preparing national and international dishes, a TV lobby with snacks facilities, and a cleaning/laundry department. The hospital operates ambulance services nationwide.
